We are pleased to announce that JD Norman Industries, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of John Amann Sons Company effective January 1, 2005. John Amann Sons Company is a manufacturer of fourslide/multislide wire forms and stampings that was founded in 1904. John Amann's headquarters and principle manufacturing facility are located in Woodridge, Illinois.

The acquisition of John Amann Sons Company provides JD Norman Industries an entry to the global metal component industry. It is our belief that JD Norman's aggressive growth plan and objective of world class manufacturing will bring many benefits to the customers of John Amann.
