The past few years have involved a number of changes at JD Norman Industries, Inc. as a result of our recent business acquisitions. Given these company additions, as well as the increase in the number of our manufacturing facilities, we have recently made the decision to move our Woodridge, IL plant into our two facilities in Addison, IL.

Throughout the next few months, we will be moving our Woodridge spring operations (formerly High-Life Products, Inc.) into our plant on Belden Avenue in Addison. Additionally, we will be moving our Woodridge fourslide operations (formerly John Amann Sons Company, Inc.) into our plant on Vista Avenue in Addison. Our plant in Marion, SC will not be affected by these changes.

This move will allow our operations to become much more streamlined and provide for greater efficiencies amongst our business units. It is our continuous goal to move towards a more efficient and first-class operation that allows us to compete at a higher level as manufacturers of metal components. We welcome your future visits and audits of our TS-16949 certified manufacturing facilities.

It is our expectation that the moving of these operations will be completed by June 30, 2007 without disruption to our production schedules and thus customer manufacturing operations.
