We are pleased to announce that JD Norman Industries, Inc. has acquired a manufacturing plant and operation in Addison, IL, effective July 1, 2006.

The addition of the Addison plant will greatly increase the capabilities and technology of JD Norman Industries. The stamping operations of our Company will now include a line of presses that range up to 150-tons. Wire forming and secondary operations will become more advanced including automated threading and deburring. Additionally, the plant significantly adds to our tool and die operations through advanced technology.

In conjunction with the transaction, JD Norman Industries will be restructuring our Company into four main operating divisions. Our Woodridge plant will be home to our Fourslide and Spring Divisions and the Addison plant will contain our Press and Specialty Wire Divisions. The Tool & Die Department will operate in both locations supporting the needs of the respective plant's machines.
