Diversified manufacturer JD Norman Industries, Inc. today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Brooklyn, Ohio stamping plant of Plastech Engineered Products, Inc. The Brooklyn, Ohio facility manufactures metal components and assemblies for industrial and automotive customers.

The acquisition will add to JD Norman's existing stamping capabilities in the Midwest and will allow for increased scale in its operation. The addition of the Ohio operation is a continuation of JD Norman's strategy of a diversified product mix, integrated business units, and geographic reach. The Ohio manufacturing facility will be operated under JD Norman's existing portfolio of plants.
