Diversified manufacturer JD Norman Industries, Inc. today announced that its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary, JD Norman de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., has completed the acquisition of the assets of HSM Industries de Mexico S.A. de C.V. HSM Industries de Mexico is a manufacturer of metal stampings and assemblies with operations located in Monterrey, Mexico.

The acquisition will add to JD Norman's existing capabilities in Mexico and will allow for increased scale in its operation. The customers and employees of HSM Industries de Mexico will be integrated with JD Norman de Mexico's current business in Monterrey. The announced acquisition is a continuation of JD Norman's strategy of expanding its manufacturing locations internationally.
