We are pleased to announce that JD Norman Industries, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of KL Industries, Inc. effective December 29, 2006. Through the formation of JD Norman Metal Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of JD Norman Industries, Inc., the manufacturing facilities of KL Industries in Addison, IL and Marion, SC will continue their operations under JD Norman ownership.

The acquisition of KL Industries serves as a truly complimentary transaction in terms of manufacturing capabilities. KL's existing operations will bring greater capacity within our fourslide business and significantly expand the tonnage in our press business. The coiled product segment of JD Norman will now serve a greater wire size capability. Additionally, KL adds two (2) TS 16949 certified plants to our overall operations.
